REVITALIZATION OF THE "CONGO" BAND "PANELA DE BARRO DE GOIABEIRAS VELHA" PROJECT

This project originated from the evidence that traditional "congo" band "Panela de Barro" de Goiabeiras Velha" was no longer active and thus doomed to forgetfulness.

Such evidence dissappointed us since in the 1970 and 1980s that same band played a wonderful role as a leading agent of the "capixaba" culture - the "congo".
